4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, HealthyPet Hub will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
